Thank you for visiting and shopping at Naturalis Paint. Naturalis Paint is based in Dallas, Texas, and all shipments are made from here unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond Naturalis Paint’s control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Naturalis Paint is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Naturalis Paint is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. Please contact our International distributors for local supply options.

Returns Policy

How Do I Return My Order?

We accept returns and exchanges of new, unused, and unopened merchandise, where the process is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the item. Returned products must be in salable condition and returned with their associated container and/or packing materials. We cannot accept used products.

Who Pays for the Shipping?

Shipping charges from the original order are nonrefundable, and customers are responsible for returning shipping charges to us.

How Do I Start a Return?

Please contact us for a return authorization for your item(s) before sending them to us.

How Long Does a Refund Take?

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to inspect your package and process a return. Once your return has been accepted, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for a credit to show to your original method of payment.
